These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

3.2 Jurisdiction. Pakistani users acknowledge that they bear full responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws before registering or depositing.
3.3 One Account Rule. Each individual person may hold only one (1) active pak55 Account. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts and closed, with balances forfeited.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep this information updated. pak55 may request supporting documentation (including government-issued identification) to verify your identity at any time.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak55 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account details with any other person.
4.2 All activity carried out through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you notify pak55 support of any unauthorised access.
4.3 pak55 support staff will never ask for your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from pak55 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
5.1 Supported Methods. pak55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pak55's discretion without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All Account balances, bets, and transactions on pak55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by pak55.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per method are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. pak55 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times vary by method and are detailed in the cashier.
5.5 Account Funds. Funds deposited into your pak55 Account are held for gaming purposes only. pak55 does not pay interest on deposited funds. You acknowledge that deposited funds represent entertainment budget and accept the risk of loss.
6.1 pak55 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and wagering requirements which are communicated at the point of offer. These Terms apply in addition to promotion-specific terms.
6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
6.3 Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
6.4 pak55 reserves the right to void bonus awards and any associated winnings if it determines that a User has attempted to abuse, exploit, or circumvent any promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
6.5 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the wagering completion process.

10.1 pak55 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, gaming losses, data loss, or damage to devices.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pak55's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 pak55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a violation of these Terms, applicable law, or for risk management purposes.
11.2 Where an Account is closed for a Terms violation, pak55 may retain any balance and void any pending withdrawals or bonus awards pending investigation.
11.3 You may close your pak55 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance at the time of closure, less any applicable bonus forfeiture, will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to verification.
